Rest in Peace Mathew Molnar

I have said it more that once, “What is the definition of support?” Mathew Molnar!!!!! You can’t find a truer fan, supporter, or friend.

1/25/13 will be burned into my brain until the day I die and that is because on this day we lost the BIGGEST supporter hands down of Themolishun and UGS. More importantly we lost a friend. Mathew Molnar was only 30 years old and was taken from us too soon. Our thoughts go out to Mathew’s Mom, Dad, Sister, and Family. Below is a little info about our friend.

Mathew was from Australia and he loved rap music. He told me it was his peace and his way to reflect on things. He especially liked the kind that had substance and truth. That is why Mathew fit in so perfectly with the Underground Society aka UGS. UGS is all about truth and substance, with no bull shit and that was the way Mathew liked his music. He really liked the music of C.O. Tha! Bad Black, K-rino, Jah-Rista, OG Cuicide, Emoe, X-Raided, and many others.

Mathew especially liked C.O’s music and the two formed a bond that was as REAL as an artist and a fan could have. In fact that bond became a brotherhood. I will never forget how honored Mathew was when C.O. made a song “Where U At” that was dedicated to him.

Mathew was also a huge fan of Siccx’s artwork and my journalism. He loved UGS Radio, the Podcast (which he was a guest), the magazine, the compilation, and virtually everyting that came out from the members. He supported us all!

I was able to talk to Mathew on skype and several times our conversations were about real life, different things around the world, music, UGS business, and anything friends could talk about. It would start off on FB chat and I would be like “Wanna hop on skype?”  Mathew would reply “Let me get a cup of coffee first Big Bro!”

There were even occasions when he would talk to my Daughter on Skype. She thought it was cool to talk to someone all the way on the other side of the world.

Mathew was not afraid to say what he felt, what he thought was wrong, and that is why we all loved him and respected him. I cannot sit here for one minute and tell you that I didn’t get inspiration and motivation from him. Many of us did. When ever there was UGS business or when ever something went wrong or someone defected he would hit my inbox. No matter how high UGS was gonna go Mathew was gonna be right there.

You could have a million fans, crazy tours with people traveling the country to see you perform, but you will never have a person like Mathew in your corner because he broke the mold. Today I lost a supporter, a brother, a friend, and one of the few people on this planet I looked up to an inspired to be like.

As I write this I can’t help but to think of how he made me laugh. When ever someone would talk shit on UGS he was one of the first to say “Fuck off!”  Hahahahaha. If you did UGS wrong, if you said something about UGS, or made a negative comment about one of the members’ videos or songs, he was at you instantly. He saw through the bullshit and he stuck around through it all. He never doubted me, C.O., Siccx, Dirtay, Laid Back, Emoe, and many others. He believed in us when no one else did and for that Lil Bro we could never repay you.

To Mathews wonderful parents and sister on behalf of UGS and all of us that knew Mathew, we are truly sorry for your loss and we want you to know we all had love for him.

Lil Bro I miss you, all of Themolishun and UGS miss you, all of your friends and family, and everyone that was touched by you. I will never forget you homie and where ever UGS goes you will be there with us.

As Mathew would say “UGS4LIFE Fuck Tha Illuminati!”
